Meet the owner

Since 2000, Nyeda Willis has specialized in residential real estate throughout Georgia. She started in Residential Property Management as a Leasing Consultant, then became an Assistant Property Manager and worked her way to Property Manager. She has managed numerous Apartment Communities throughout metro Atlanta over the years. During her time in the apartment industry, she has overseen marketing, leasing, collections, rehabs, managing staff and vendors, and dispossessory filings. Her passion for real estate and compassion for tenants led her to obtain her real estate license to assist clients with the buying and selling of real estate. During her start as a Realtor, she managed 600+ single-family homes in Georgia for homeowners and served as an agent for client’s real estate needs. Nyeda went on to obtain her Georgia Broker License and open a real estate firm and property management company. Her strengths lie in creatively analyzing, negotiating, marketing, and problem-solving. She is an excellent listener and communicator with an abundance of patience and enthusiasm. She carefully guides clients through the process of renting their homes, navigating each step of the buying or selling process, and proactively addresses concerns and questions.
